1. General provisions
These terms set out the conditions for automotive LPG equipment installation, repair, inspection and related services provided by MB Bingas (the Service Provider).

3. Ordering services
Services are ordered by phone, email or by visiting the workshop. Before work begins, scope, price and deadlines are agreed. The customer provides a vehicle in good condition with required documents.
4. Prices and payment
Service prices are set individually depending on vehicle model, chosen equipment and scope of work. Final price is provided before signing the order. Payment by cash, bank transfer or instalments via leasing companies.
5. Warranty
Warranty terms and duration are specified in the individual contract or order documents. Warranty does not apply if failure results from improper use, third parties or unauthorised repair.
6. Consumer rights
Consumers who are natural persons are covered by the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Protection Act. For service quality complaints contact us directly or the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), www.vvtat.lt.
7. Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are handled by courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the Service Provider's registered office.
8. Final provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms. The updated version is published on this website.
